TOMMY FYNN • TOMMY FYNN’S ACCENT IS A LITTLE BIT OF A MISHMASH. Some words come out slightly Kiwi, others sound South African, there’s a twinge of American in there, and there’s a baseline Aussie-ness. It’s hard to categorise, but Tommy has certainly lived in all those places. The 33-year-old was born in South Africa, moved to NZ when he was 10 until he was 14, then found himself in Brisbane, where he spent 12 formative years skating the streets.
